“Wow, where to start - there are not enough positive things to say about Alli! She was my Day of Coordinator for my wedding in October and everything went so smoothly and efficiently.
She spend so much of her time with me up front of the wedding in the schedule and day of planning process. She created a beautiful and thorough timeline working with myself and my family as well as all of my vendors. She made sure all the timelines and schedules matched up and dealt with any upstream vendor issues for me directly ahead of the big day. She then sent out this timeline to everyone. It was the perfect timeline to send out to family, friends, and vendors and she really didn't miss a detail.
On the day of, she seamlessly dealt with all deliveries and made sure all setups were as I had envisioned them including guest tables, place cards, menus, flowers... I could go on! She also made a hectic trolley schedule between our ceremony and reception seem utterly flawless and easy. All family members and wedding party knew where to be and when and she made sure to stay in constant communication with trolley driver to ensure everything stayed on time.
Alli also had the most comprehensive day of emergency kit I've ever seen. It truly had everything from extra toothpaste which I had forgotten to band aids for some of the bridesmaids that had blisters from the rehearsal dinner night.
